As the owner of J. Lewis Construction, I manage and negotiate the development process of a project, develop and oversee every phase of the project (including, but not limited to framing, plumbing, heating and air, and electrical), oversee administrative operations (including budgeting, accounting, leveraging resources, personnel, and communications), identify sources of new development, negotiate property acquisitions and settle financing, manage the financing process, track project budgets using financial spreadsheet software, obtain local, state, and federal approvals, keep project team on schedule to meet benchmarks, and negotiate all legal agreements and contracts with vendors and consultants.

J.B.'s Auto Sales

As the owner of J.B.'s Auto Sales, I inspect and purchase automobiles for stock, detail and maintain the automobiles in stock, manage all accounting (payroll, payables, receivables, collections), perform repossessions, purchase office supplies and vehicle maintenance equipment, manage and schedule employees, process title work, and calculate and pay quarterly taxes.

Communications Technician September 1999-September 2001
Mobilcom (Mobile Communications)

As a communications technician, I was responsible for installation and maintenance of CB radios in state vehicles for the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, installation and maintenance of radios, sirens, and lights in police vehicles, installation and maintenance of cellular tower antennas, troubleshooting and maintenance of various radios and equipment.

Communication Specialist August 1995-June 1999
United States Army

As a communication specialist, I was responsible for maintaining a V1 and V3 communications shelter and maintained multi-channel and tropospheric scatter radio systems. I set up 30 and 60 meter antennas, and planned and coordinated line-of-site or tropospheric scatter communications. I attended a 14 week course and acquired a GTE certificate to ensure technical competency in the use of their equipment.
